Indian dentist gets Rs one crore scholarship to do PhD in UK
A professor of dentistry from the Punjab has got scholarship of over Rs 1 crore for his PhD research project in the UK.
Dr Satpal Singh Sandhu, who is an MDS and currently working as professor and head of department (orthodontics and dentofacial orthopedics) in the Genesis Institute of Dental Sciences and Research, Ferozepur, Punjab, has been selected as a sponsored PhD student by the University of Bristol in United Kingdom….MORE HERE
Nepal sacks Dentist with Fake certificate from India
According to the Central Investigation Bureau (CIB), 35 doctors were found to have produced fake certificates of the erstwhile Bihar Intermediate Education Council (BIEC), now merged with Bihar School Examination Board (BSEB). The inquiry revealed that the BIEC had no records of 14 doctors, while 16 were found to have increased their marks.
